The car chassis 6x4 are intended for installation of a platform, a tilt-covered body or various special equipment.


Multipurpose transport application

Chassis 6x4 are designed for installation of various specialized equipment up to 7.3 meters long: on-board platforms, including versions with loading manipulators, crane applications, concrete mixers, etc.

Fuel economy

Modern MAZ-MAN vehicles feature low fuel consumption, which is achieved through the use of high-performance MAN engines of the latest generation D08 and D20 (Germany) and the optimally selected ZF transmission.

Individual approach

Flexibility of production and many years of experience of the MAZ-MAN design team allow configuring a vehicle for the most demanding customer.

The 6x4 chassis produced by MAZ-MAN is produced with German engines MAN series D0836 and D2066. The engines are characterized by low fuel consumption, high reliability and low noise level (up to 80 dBA). Also, the engines are equipped with an electronic limiter of a maximum speed of 85 km/h.

Transmissions in the chassis 6х4 9-step + 1 transfer reverse gear of “ZF” production (Germany), 9 S -1310 TO type.

Clutch single dry plate, with hydraulic control and air leg. /Torque-transmission is provided by telescopic cardan shafts with joints of the West European standard size.

The front axle is reinforced, with needle bearings in the pivot connection. Drive axels with 5 sattelite side gears, with inter-wheel and inter-drive locking mechanisms.

Fuel system

A Fuel tank of 300,500,700 liters with strainer is installed on the left side. In addition to the fine fuel filters, a fuel water separator with heating “Separ 2000” is mounted on the frame.


The reinforced frame HD (Heavy Duty) with reinforcements in the loaded places is made from the U-profile profile spars at the MAZ-MAN enterprise. In the manufacture of the frame, bolted connections of increased strength class, cold riveting are used.
