MAZ-MAN four-wheel drive dump truck with 6x6 wheel configuration has a number of advantages that allow using it in conditions of bad roads and cold climate.


Weight tolerable on the front axle

Permissible total load on the front axle –756539 - 41000 kg. Permissible total load on the rear axles – 9000 kg. Permissible load tolerable on drive axles - 16000 + 16000 kg.

Low maintenance costs

All MAZ MAN vehicles are characterized by low fuel consumption and a long service interval. In order to determine a service interval the company uses a system based on average fuel consumption that allows optimizing and ultimately reducing maintenance costs.

Adapted to the conditions of the North

The vehicle is manufactured taking into account operating conditions in difficult road conditions including low temperatures (up to 60ᴼC). The model is equipped with the auxiliary air heater of the cab and night engine start heater.

The phenomenon characteristic of MAZ-MAN vehicles was always the original German engine of MAN concern.

The 6x6 dump trucks are equipped with a 430-440-horsepower turbo diesel MAN D2066LF01/D2066LF44 with a torque of 2100 Nm. In the engine there is a function of limiting and maintaining of the set speed (Tempomat), as well as an electronic limiter of a maximum speed of 85 km/h.

MAZ-MAN 6x6 dump trucks are equipped with 16-speed gearboxes + 2 reverse retarder reverse gears, produced by "ZF" (Germany) of 16S2220 TO type. Transfer gear box- ZF VG2000/396.

Clutch single dry plate, with hydraulic control and air leg, produced by "Valeo" or "F & S" (Germany). The transmission of torque is provided by an enhanced cardan gear with joints of European standard size.

Drive axles are equipped with hub, wheel gears and inter-wheel differential lock.

Fuel system

A Fuel tank of 300,500,700 liters with strainer is installed on the left side. In addition to the fine fuel filters, a fuel water separator with heating “Separ 2000” is mounted on the frame.


The reinforced frame HD (Heavy Duty) with reinforcements in the loaded places is made from the U-profile profile spars at the MAZ-MAN enterprise. In the manufacture of the frame, bolted connections of increased strength class, cold riveting are used.
