Transmission
MAZ-MAN 6x4 dump trucks are equipped with 16-speed gearboxes + 2 reverse retarder reverse gears, produced by "ZF" (Germany) of 16S1220 TO type. 9-step type 9S-1310TO is instaled for the model MAZ-MAN 652036.
Clutch single dry plate, with hydraulic control and air leg, produced by "Valeo" or "F & S" (Germany). The transmission of torque is provided by an enhanced cardan gear with joints of European standard size.
Drive axles with five-satellite, hub, wheel gears and inter-wheel differential lock. Front axle reinforced with needle bearings in pivot connection.
Fuel system
A Fuel tank of 300,500,700 liters with strainer is installed on the left side. In addition to the fine fuel filters, a fuel water separator with heating “Separ 2000” is mounted on the frame.
Frame
The reinforced frame HD (Heavy Duty) is made of U-shaped side members with the application of the bolt joints of high resistance class along with cold riveting.
Platform
The platform is metal heated, for dump trucks with rear unloading with a rear hinged flap and with a protective canopy above the cabin.

Front blade
The front blade is swivel with a maximum working angle of 42 degrees. The control of the blade is hydraulic from the cabin. It is the most effective for simultaneous use with a side blade and an automatic dispenser of reagents.
Side blade
The side blade significantly increases the working width of the retractable strip. With the help of the blade, it is possible to perform several types of snow-blasting operations simultaneously. Such works include, for example: snow removal of lanes, roadsides, pocket-shaped parking space for buses, acceleration and deceleration lanes, crossroads, cropping of snow shafts on the roadside and along the barrier fence.
Dispenser of reagents
The dispenser of reagents is installed in the truck body, the distribution control is carried out from the driver's cab. The dispenser has the following characteristics:

Control system
The control system allows you to change the position of the blades, as well as control the dispersion of salt and reagents without stopping the car. Information on the status of the equipment is displayed. The joystick controls the position of the front and side blade.
