EconomyThe front loader BME-2575 uses modern hydraulic systems that provide a significant reduction in fuel consumption compared to trucks with traditional drive systems.

EngineThe loader is equipped with a four-cylinder, four-stroke liquid-cooled diesel engine JCB Dieselmax 444 with direct fuel injection, with turbocharging and intercooling of the charge air, certified according to the ecological standards Tier 3.
TransmissionThe loader's transmission is hydrostatic, reversible, dual-rated, with smooth stepless speed variation within the range. As hydraulics in the transmission, a swash plate pump of variable capacity and an adjustable axial-piston hydraulic motor with an inclined unit manufactured by Bosch-Rexroth (Germany) are used in the closed loop. Changing the direction of the loader is done by changing the direction of the pump. Speed of movement and traction force are automatically adapted by the transmission to the working conditions of the loader. The transmission provides three driving modes:
- Working range - speed of movement 0 - 16 km / h, the loader develops maximum tractive effort at low speeds;
- Transport range - speed 0 - 40 km /h;
- Automatic range switching mode - the truck develops maximum tractive effort at low speeds, the speed of the truck varies from zero to 40 km / h due to automatic switching of ranges in a two-stage gearbox.
AxlesThe loader uses axles with uncontrolled wheels and a self-locking differential manufactured by «Dana» (Italy). The rear axle is equipped with a two-stage gearbox with synchronized switching stages. Both axles have self-locking differentials and multi-disc brakes. The front axle is rigidly fixed to the frame. Rear axle has equalizing beam suspension, rotation angle ± 12 °.
Working equipmentThe working equipment is made according to the Z-shaped scheme with a plane-parallel displacement of the working element in the process of lifting the boom. The adapter allows you to change the attachments in a matter of minutes. The drive of the working equipment from an adjustable axial-piston pump with LS-control (sensitive to load, with a volume regulator and pressure cutoff) ensures the supply of working fluid to the system only with an operator control signal, which saves fuel when the truck moves without moving the work equipment . The working equipment is controlled and the truck's movement reversed using a hydraulic joystick with an ergonomic handle. At the same time, the left hand can always remain on the steering wheel, which increases the speed and safety of operation. Cooling of the working fluid occurs in the radiator unit from the fan with a motor-independent hydraulic drive. At the same time, the liquid is cooled in the engine cooling system and the air that is injected into the intake manifold of the engine is cooled. The fan speed is automatically adjusted.
