The front-end loader with a carrying capacity of 3 tons is designed for construction, road repair, quarrying and excavations.
EngineThe front loader BME-3085 is equipped with a four-stroke four-cylinder D-245.2S3AM engine with turbocharging and charge-air cooling of the Minsk Motor Plant (MMZ). This reliable and economical engine is well known for use on MTZ tractors to all mechanics in the post-Soviet space.
TransmissionThe loader's transmission is hydrostatic, reversible, dual-rated, with smooth stepless speed variation within the range. As hydraulics in the transmission, a swash plate pump of variable capacity and an adjustable axial-piston hydraulic motor with an inclined unit manufactured by Bosch-Rexroth (Germany) are used in the closed loop. Changing the direction of the loader is done by changing the direction of the pump. Speed of movement and traction force are automatically adapted by the transmission to the working conditions of the loader.
Working EquipmentThe working equipment is intended for moving (lifting, lowering, turning) of working members, and represents the lever system executed on a unique Z-shaped scheme, allows at the excellent level (within 3 o) to maintain the parallel movement of the working members, which is very important when working with a number of tools, for example, forks. For quick change of working parts the loader is equipped with an adapter, which is mounted on the boom.
AxlesThe loader uses axles with uncontrolled wheels and a self-locking differential manufactured by Carraro (Italy). The rear axle is equipped with a two-stage gearbox with synchronized switching stages. Both axles have self-locking differentials and multi-disc brakes. The front axle is rigidly fixed to the frame. Rear axle has equalizing beam suspension, rotation angle ± 12 °.
CabThe sealed cab of the loader is all-metal, welded, with a single sprung seat, meets to all safety requirements (FOPS and ROPS), provides comfortable working conditions for the driver, thermal insulation and noise insulation. The cab is glazed all around the perimeter, which provides good visibility. Windshield - triplex, the rest - hardened. The wind and rear windows are glued into the carcass of the cabin. The cabin interior is made using molded sound-absorbing elements and cast carpets. The cab is equipped with a powerful 16-kilowatt heater with a 3-speed fan, the air flows from which are distributed throughout the cab through 8 adjustable deflectors. The driver's seat has a weight adjustment, 4 cushion adjustments and adjustable armrests. On the ceiling of the cabin there are adjustable sun visor, a LED interior lighting lamp and a stereo receiver with an MP3 player.
