It became a 3-axle all-wheel drive dump truck, which received the MAZ-MAN 756K59 index, increased cross-country, 6×6 wheel formula with one-way rear unloading of the dump truck platform. This machine is designed both for the transportation of various bulk cargoes on road communications, and in difficult terrain. It was equipped with a 514-horsepower V-shaped 8-cylinder T15 engine of Russian production of the Euro-5 ecological level. It was created with partial use of serial parts of the YAMZ-6586 diesel engine and surpasses the progenitor in its characteristics.

“Last year, representatives of a Russian company engaged in the creation and promotion of equipment with gas-piston engines powered by natural gas (methane) approached our company with a proposal to create a joint product,” said the Deputy Director for Technology of the JV SAO “MAZ-MAN” Vladimir Laburdov.

For the first time Russians came to the Republic of Belarus in November 2019, and in December the parties have already signed a contract for the manufacture of the first such machine. Immediately after the signing of the international document, the technical department of the plant began to develop design documentation. The model of the MAZ-MAN 756539 dump truck was chosen as the base chassis, which has been supplied from our country to the north of Russia – to Surgut for several years. However, there is almost nothing left of the base car. A completely different radiator, a new 15 cc body with a full double bottom of its own design. To accommodate the new power unit with its mounting and 8 seamless steel cylinders with a diameter of 360 mm and a total capacity of 1164 liters for storing fuel (compressed natural gas), it was necessary to increase the wheelbase from 3650 to 4300 mm and the length of the frame on the production car.

Another innovation was the “long” cabin, which has not yet been put on dump trucks.
