The universal loader with a load capacity of 2 tons is used to drive energy-intensive attachments: road milling machines, large snowplows, etc.
The front loader BME-1565 is equipped with the Minsk Motor Plant (MMZ) D-243 engine. This engine is also installed on MTZ-80,82 tractors and is familiar to all mechanizers in the former Soviet Union.
The loader is equipped with a closed type hydrostatic transmission “BOSCH-REXROTH” (Germany) with working pressure up to 420 bar. The heaviest operation – Bosh rexroth logo plunge and soil collection – occurs at low speed and high tractive force, in turn, the tractive force is determined by the torque of the hydraulic motor, which, in the case of hydraulic drive, is proportional to the pressure in the system. In hydrostatic transmissions, the working pressure is generated by a positive displacement pump, so the maximum pressure in the system can be achieved with a slowly rotating pump (low engine speed).
The engine through the elastic coupling “CENTA” (Germany) turns the axial piston pump of variable volume (adjustable), from which the working fluid under pressure is supplied to the adjustable hydraulic motor installed on the driving axle “CARRARO” (Italy).
The loader is equipped with a unique Z-shaped design with an additional link. This allows the parallelism of the implement movement to be maintained at an excellent level – within 3o – which is very important when working with a number of implements, e.g. load forks. The scheme provides very large unloading angles (up to 60?) and tipping angles (up to 55?) of the bucket, which are not found on any other analogues. Due to the large boom opening angle – 110o instead of the usual 90o – a high unloading height of 2.65 m is achieved with the bucket turned out at 45? which makes it easy to load platforms with a side height of 2.9 meters. The loader’s hydraulics allow the connection of any attachment with up to 80% of the engine power.
Sealed all-metal, welded, single seat, meets all safety requirements (FOPS and ROPS), provides comfortable working conditions, heat and noise insulation, visibility. The cab is glazed all around, which provides the operator with good visibility. The windshield is triplex, the others are tempered. Windshield and rear window are glued into the cab frame. The cab interior is made with molded noise absorbing elements and molded carpeting. The cab is equipped with a powerful 16-kilowatt heater with a 3-speed fan, air flows from which are distributed throughout the cab through 8 adjustable deflectors. The driver’s seat has weight adjustment, 4 adjustable cushions and adjustable armrests. On the ceiling of the cabin there is an adjustable sunshade, LED interior light and stereo receiver with MP3-player. The cabin is equipped with panoramic glass, which provides good visibility from the workplace. Considerable attention has been paid to reducing noise levels in the cab.
Modification of loader BME-1565-01 with extended boom
Front loader BME-1565 with an extended boom has a maximum bucket lifting height of 3760 mm and bucket unloading height on the cutting edge at an angle of unloading of 45 degrees 2950 mm, which is 275 mm more than the same parameters of the front loader MAZ-MAN in the standard version. The operating weight is 150 kg more than the standard version of the loader and makes 5900 kg. Load capacity on the boom is 1800 kg compared to 2000 kg of the standard version of the loader BME-1565.
Modification of the loader BME-1565-N with increased hydraulic power take-off
The loader with increased power take-off is equipped with a five-section HYDROCONTROL hydraulic distributor, which generates a working fluid flow of 130 l/min for the attachment drive compared to 70 l/min for the standard front loader with a three-section hydraulic distributor.
