MAZMAN™ became the first manufacturer of automotive equipment in the Republic of Belarus to comply with the requirements of European regulations and directives, including the UNECE regulations on emissions, noise and environmental friendliness. MAZ-MAN™ still maintains this superiority under the influence of any external factors.
MAZ-MAN enterprise has been fruitfully cooperating with German automobile concern “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” (Munich, Germany) for more than 25 years. The production of MAZ-MAN™ vehicles, as before, is carried out according to the German technology. MAZ-MAN trucks in modern realities are completed with foreign units and equipment, which are produced in different countries of the world under license or under control of “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” concern.
Loaded front axle
The MAZ-MAN-646559 truck tractor is designed to work as part of road trains with GVW up to 75 tons. Permissible axle load on the front axle is 9,000 kg. Permissible axle load on rear axles – 13,000 kg.
Low operating costs
New MAZ-MAN vehicles are characterized by low fuel consumption and long service interval. In order to accurately determine the time between service intervals, a system based on average operating fuel consumption is used, which allows to optimize and ultimately reduce maintenance costs.
Adapted to northern conditions
The vehicle is manufactured taking into account the conditions of operation in difficult road conditions, including low temperatures (down to -60°C). The model is equipped with an additional cabin air heater and independent liquid engine heater.

Engine
A distinctive feature of MAZ-MAN trucks has always been the original German engine of MAN concern.
The 6×6 tractors are equipped with a 440-horsepower turbodiesel WP12.460E50 or WP13.550E501 with a torque of 2100 Nm. The engine has a function of limiting and maintaining the set speed (Tempomat), as well as an electronic limiter of the maximum speed of 85 km/hour.

Transmission
All-wheel drive tractors MAZ-MAN 6×6 are equipped with 16-speed gearboxes + 2 reverse gearboxes, manufactured by “ZF” type 16 S – 2220 TO. Transfer case – ZF VG2000/396.
Single-disc dry clutch with hydraulic control and pneumatic support, manufactured by “Valeo” or “F&S”. Torque transmission is provided by reinforced cardan transmission with European size joints.
Drive axles with final drives, with interwheel and inter-axle locking mechanisms.
Fuel system
Fuel tank on the left side for 300, 500, 700 liters with strainer is installed on the left side. In addition to heated fine fuel filters on the engine, an additional fuel filter-moisture separator “Separ-2000” is also installed on the frame with heating.
Frame
Heavy Duty frame HD (Heavy Duty) with reinforcements in stressed areas is made of U-shaped profile spars at MAZ-MAN. The frame is manufactured using bolted connections of high strength class, cold riveting.
Cab
The tractor tractors are equipped with a high capacity cab with two berths as standard, but a low short cab with no berths is available as an option.
