JV SAO”MAZ-MAN” has mastered the production of improved models of dump trucks for vehicles with a wheel formula of 6×4, 6×6, 8×4 and 8×8. The main features of the new dump trucks are:

— changing the body shape

— the use of high-strength materials (steel Strenx 700 or Quard 400) in the manufacture of the front, side walls and rear sides, which allows you to increase the service life of the body.

The new bodies are designed with the maximum unification of parts, which makes them versatile and technologically advanced:

— the ladder is folding, with the possibility of installation on the right and left

— on the front side (reinforced inclined), it is possible to install a spare wheel both on the left and on the right.

— body wideners over the rear bogie axles.

The design of the dump truck platform provides for the possibility of heating the body with exhaust gases (left or right), steps inside, the installation of a hydraulic cylinder with an upper mount.

Since 2021, the joint venture of JV SAO “MAZ-MAN” plans to install new platforms on all dump truck models of its own production.
