MAZ-MAN enterprise has been fruitfully cooperating with German automobile concern “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” (Munich, Germany) for more than 25 years. The production of MAZ-MAN™ vehicles, as before, is carried out according to the German technology. MAZ-MAN trucks in modern realities are completed with foreign units and equipment, which are produced in different countries of the world under license or under control of “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” concern.
High weight parameters
MAZ-MAN 6×4 dump trucks can carry up to 27 tons of cargo. The use of dump trucks with increased payload capacity allows to increase daily output in t/km by 23-25% in comparison with analogues.
Low operating costs
Application of modern MAN D2066 engines on 6×4 dump trucks allows to reduce fuel costs by 11-16% depending on operating conditions. The dump truck has good driving dynamics and high average technical speed.

Transmission
MAZ-MAN 6×4 dump trucks are equipped with 16-speed gearboxes + 2 reverse gears, manufactured by “ZF” type 16 S – 1220 TO. For the MAZ-MAN 652036 model a 9-speed gearbox of 9S-1310TO type is installed.
Single-disc dry clutch with hydraulic control and pneumatic support, manufactured by “Valeo” or “F&S”. Torque transmission is provided by reinforced cardan transmission with joints of European size.
Driving axles with 5-sattelite side gears, with interwheel and inter-axle locking mechanisms. The front axle is reinforced with needle bearings in the kingpin joint.
Fuel system
Топливный бак слева на 300, 500, 700 литров с сетчатым фильтром устанавливается с левой стороны. Помимо подогреваемых топливных фильтров тонкой очистки на двигателе, также устанавливается дополнительный топливный фильтр-влагоотделитель “Separ-2000” на раме с подогревом.
Frame
Heavy Duty frame HD (Heavy Duty) with reinforcements in stressed areas is made of U-shaped profile spars at MAZ-MAN. The frame is manufactured using bolted connections of high strength class, cold riveting.
Platform
Heated metal platform, for tippers with rear unloading with rear-mounted tipping board and with a protective canopy over the cab.
Cab
The dump trucks are equipped with a low short cabin without sleeping places.

Specific performance
Dump truck for road maintenance
The dump truck is designed for high-performance cleaning of highways from snow and treating them with loose or liquid reagents at speeds of up to 80 km/hour. It is a modification of the serial dump truck MAZ-MAN 652538 with 6×4 wheel arrangement. For the most efficient road maintenance in winter the dump truck is equipped with:

Side blade;
Automatic reagent spreader.
Передний отвал
Передний отвал является поворотным с максимальным рабочим углом – 42 градуса. Управление отвалом гидравлическое из кабины. Наиболее эффективен при одновременном использовании с боковым отвалом и автоматическим распределителем реагентов.
Боковой отвал
Боковой отвал значительно увеличивает рабочую ширину убираемой полосы. С помощью отвала возможно выполнение нескольких видов снегоочистительных работ одновременно. К таким работам относится, например: снегоочистка полос движения, обочин, карманов автобусных остановок, полос разгона и торможения, перекрестков, подрезания снежных валов на обочинах и вдоль барьерного ограждения.
Распределитель реагентов
Распределитель реагентов устанавливается в кузов самосвала, управление распределением осуществляется из кабины водителя. Распределитель обладает следующими характеристиками:

Система управления
Система управления позволяет менять положения отвалов, а также контролировать разброс соли и реагентов не прекращая движение автомобиля. Информация о состоянии оборудования отображается на дисплее. Джойстиком осуществляется управление положением переднего и бокового отвала.
