MAZMAN™ became the first manufacturer of automotive equipment in the Republic of Belarus to comply with the requirements of European regulations and directives, including the UNECE regulations on emissions, noise and environmental friendliness. MAZ-MAN™ still maintains this superiority under the influence of any external factors.
MAZ-MAN enterprise has been fruitfully cooperating with German automobile concern “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” (Munich, Germany) for more than 25 years. The production of MAZ-MAN™ vehicles, as before, is carried out according to the German technology. MAZ-MAN trucks in modern realities are completed with foreign units and equipment, which are produced in different countries of the world under license or under control of “MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG” concern.
Universal transportation application
6×4 chassis are designed for installation of various special equipment up to 7.5 meters long: flatbeds, including versions with loading arms, crane superstructures, concrete mixers, etc.
Fuel economy
Modern MAZ-MAN trucks are characterized by low fuel consumption, which is achieved through the use of highly efficient MAN engines WP12.460E50 or WP13.550E501 and optimally selected ZF transmission.
Individualized approach

Engine
MAZ-MAN 6×4 chassis are produced with German MAN engines WP12.460E50 or WP13.550E501 series. The engines are characterized by low fuel consumption, high reliability and low noise level (up to 80 dBA). The engines are also equipped with an electronic limiter of the maximum speed of 85 km/h.

Transmission
Gearboxes in 6×4 automobile chassis are 9-speed +1 reverse, manufactured by “ZF” (Germany) type 9 S -1310 TO.
Single-disc dry clutch with hydraulic control and pneumatic support. Torque transmission is provided by reinforced cardan transmission with joints of European size.
The front axle is reinforced with needle bearings in the kingpin joint. Driving axles with 5-cell flatbed gears, with interwheel and inter-axle locking mechanisms.
Fuel system
Fuel tank on the left side for 300, 500, 700 liters with strainer is installed on the left side. In addition to heated fine fuel filters on the engine, an additional fuel filter-moisture separator “Separ-2000” is also installed on the frame with heating.
Рама
Heavy Duty frame HD (Heavy Duty) with reinforcements in stressed areas is made of U-shaped profile spars at MAZ-MAN. The frame is manufactured using bolted connections of high strength class, cold riveting.
Cab
The basic vehicle chassis is equipped with a low short cab with no sleeper berths, optionally a high cab with two sleeper berths is available.
